Job Title: Full-Time Pest Control Technician
Location: Summerville, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience and licensing)
Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days, PTO, paid holidays, $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, customer satisfaction bonuses

We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Summerville, SC. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values your contributions and promotes growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply exterior pest control treatments safely and efficiently

• Maintain and service equipment as needed

• Identify and recommend additional services to customers and prospects

• Communicate proactively with customers to address their concerns and improve satisfaction

• Collaborate with the team and leadership to promote ongoing improvement and development

Required Qualifications

• Valid pest control license (or ability to obtain one)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate machinery

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Integrity, humility, compassion, and resilience

• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
