Requirements of the Business Administrator 2 (Special Education):

• Mus have strong Administrative Sills, strong computer skills
  
• Have Experience in investigation and developing interview questions
  
• Bachelor's degree required/prefer an Education degree - Knowledge or experience in Special Education a plus
  

Responsibilities of the Business Administrator 2 (Special Education):

• Provides technical assistance to district administrators, advocates, attorneys, parents and organizations regarding the dispute resolution process and IDEA;
  
• Responds to inquiries regarding the dispute resolution processes and IDEA;
  
• Makes presentations to State agencies, committees, parents, school districts and other groups on a variety of special education topics.
