Reports to: Director of Operations

Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Answering all incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Adding notes to every call you handle
  • Routing inquiries and messages to the correct team member
  • Handling inbound leads according to our structured workflow
  • Managing and replenishing office supplies for all locations
  • Keeping up with equipment allocation and office resource tracking
  • Supporting the Marketing team by assembling brochures, proposals, and updating online listings
  • Providing administrative assistance including scanning, copying, document assembly, and handling mail
  • Managing keys and other vital operational details
