Product Manager / Product Owner Clinical Domain

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Product Owner with a strong clinical background to support digital product development for clinical trial technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business and clinical requirements into effective digital solutions, working closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle from concept through delivery in the clinical trials domain.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and clinical operations to define and prioritize product features.
• Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and lead sprint planning sessions.
• Ensure digital products meet regulatory standards and support clinical workflows.
• Analyze clinical data requirements, eCOA/ePRO workflows, and integration needs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for usability and value.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a life sciences or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes , particularly involving eCOA (Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) and ePRO (Electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes) .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with product engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of data workflows in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with platforms like Clario , Medidata , Veeva , or IQVIA .
• Background in clinical operations or technology-driven healthcare platforms.
• Knowledge of GxP compliance and regulatory environments
