Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant
Location: Society Hill (Lombard St., between 3rd & 4th), Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $45/hour, approximately 20 hours per week

Overview:
A retired professional in Society Hill is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to begin as soon as this week. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility to set your own schedule (with the exception of weekends and no two consecutive workdays). The position involves household support, errands, and general assistance to help maintain a smooth daily routine.

About the Employer:
The employer is a recently retired executive with a distinguished career in the arts, having led major cultural institutions in Philadelphia. She is an accomplished author who values professionalism, dependability, and initiative. She has lived in her Society Hill residence for 17 years, where she shares her home with Bella, her 2.5-year-old cat.

Responsibilities:

• Grocery shopping and light household errands (e.g., dry cleaning, package pickups, store runs)

• Laundry and organizing household items

• Watering the garden

• Assisting with daily task lists and coordinating small household needs

• Carrying items up/down 5 flights of stairs as needed

• Occasional special projects or personal errands

Schedule:

• Approximately 20 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling, but must not include two consecutive days or weekends

Requirements:

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable managing errands and light household tasks

• Able to handle stairs regularly (residence includes 5 flights)

• Pet-friendly (cat in home)

• Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy

Compensation:

• $45/hour, part-time position
