Position Overview

We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive adoption of the Apos solution across Primary Care and MSK providers in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate brings existing relationships and has experience educating and enabling providers to adopt a new care delivery model — with a focus on referrals, revenue generation, and long-term growth.  This is a fast-moving, results-driven role: you must be capable of generating immediate business impact, and be motivated to grow both professionally and strategically with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive patient acquisition strategies that result in meeting and exceeding revenue targets

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring providers (PCPs, PTs, PM&R, Sports Med) across Massachusetts

  • Identify and onboard new provider partners

  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, lunch-and-learns, and office drop-ins to educate providers and staff

  • Track and report performance metrics using CRM and internal tools, maintain detailed activity logs

  • Deliver clinical value messaging tailored to different specialties

  • Work cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding

  • Represent Apos at industry events, local conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals

  • Track record of delivering quick wins while building long-term value

  • Growth mindset — open to feedback, fast learner, and driven to improve

  • 2–5+ years of experience in medical device, DME, or healthcare sales (MSK-related preferred)

  • Existing provider relationships in Massachusetts (Primary Care and/or MSK specialties)

  • Demonstrated success managing provider relationships and increasing referrals

  • Strong understanding of clinical integration and insurance coverage models

  • Comfortable navigating small private practices, group practices, and ACOs

  • Proven ability to build trust, educate clinical stakeholders, and close referral loops

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and field-driven

Good to Have:

  • Experience launching or selling a new clinical solution or device

  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Background in DME sales, orthopedics, physical therapy, or MSK disease management

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission
  • Base salary: $60,000–$100,000
  • Performance-based, tied to revenue and patient activations
  • OTE: $110,000–$185,000+ uncapped

We offer a competitive salary, 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, floating holidays, and sick time—all within a supportive, high-performing environment. Work alongside brilliant, driven professionals committed to helping patients return to the activities they love. Here, performance is recognized and rewarded—when you excel, it’s noticed. Be part of a company where your work has purpose. Join a team that’s passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives.
